Robert Cassels

Robert joins Highlands as an Assistant Superintendent through the company's training program, bringing a hands-on approach and strong organizational background to project sites. A graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Services Management, Robert previously supported operations at Crawford & von Keller Law Firm in Columbia, where he developed the detail orientation, coordination skills, and reliability that translate well to the fast-paced demands of construction management.

At Highlands, Robert works alongside senior superintendents to learn daily site logistics, subcontractor coordination, and on-the-ground project execution as he develops into a full superintendent role.
