Robert has been in the industry for 32 years, completing and managing contracts in multifamily, retail, high-end residential, healthcare and light commercial work. Robert has been a trusted developer representative through his consulting business for 10+ years in both residential and commercial spaces. He brings with him an unmatched network of subcontractors and contractor relationships throughout the Southeast. Robert is a native of South Carolina and, during his three decades of construction experience, has formed expansive client and local regulatory relationships. Robert will run all day-to-day operations, oversee all Project Managers, develop additional sub-networks, and manage top-level client relations between owners and HGC.
