Michael brings over 8 years of hands-on construction and project management experience spanning commercial, retail, residential, and institutional work. Beginning his career with Dixon Projects in New York, Michael managed 15+ REIT projects valued at approximately $50 million in acquisition and construction, overseeing full gut renovations, structural additions, and complex permitting processes across New York and New Jersey. He went on to serve as Assistant Project Manager and Superintendent on a $10 million parking structure reconstruction at Lake Success Shopping Center, before taking on full Project Manager roles on a range of commercial and residential projects. A civil engineering graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology, Michael holds a NASCLA General Building Contractor (Commercial) certification along with OSHA 30-hour and DOB Site Safety certifications. He is proficient across industry-leading platforms including Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit. Michael will support day-to-day project execution, lead field coordination, and serve as a primary point of contact between ownership, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
