Jennifer brings more than 30 years of finance and operations experience to Highlands, with deep expertise in real estate and professional services. She began her career as a CPA at Arthur Andersen LLP, where she built a strong foundation in audit, tax, and financial advisory. Over the years, Jennifer has led accounting and financial operations for large real estate portfolios, development entities, non-profit organizations, and professional services firms — developing particular strength in budgeting, cash flow management, and operational integration.

At Highlands, Jennifer oversees the firm's financial reporting and accounting functions, bringing a practical, hands-on approach to every aspect of financial management and operations.
