Hunter brings over four years of hands-on construction experience to Highlands, having worked his way up from apprentice laborer through superintendent and project management roles. His background includes overseeing daily jobsite operations as an Assistant Superintendent on residential builds, as well as managing project execution from pre-construction through completion.

At Highlands, Hunter leads the estimating function — preparing accurate take-offs, pricing, and bid packages that give clients confidence and position every project for a strong start.
