Andy brings nearly five years of construction project management experience to Highlands, with a strong focus on the planning, coordination, and logistics that set projects up for success. Most recently at Novo Construction and Management in Mount Pleasant, Andy managed field crews and subcontractors, handled take-offs and scheduling, and served as the primary point of contact between clients, subs, and local building departments.

At Highlands, Andy leads the preconstruction process — managing estimating, take-offs, subcontractor solicitation, and scheduling to ensure every project begins with a clear, well-coordinated plan.
